Amphenol Cable and Interconnect Technologies Inc. is seeking a Distribution Specialist (Finance) to scale and optimize the global distributor network. The role focuses on data-driven insights, pricing strategies, and program governance to ensure continuity in customer support, quoting, and sales coordination.

The position offers growth toward a Distribution Manager role with exposure to analytics, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, distribution support, channel operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; Power BI, Salesforce, or SAP is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting distributor networks, managing quotes, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor KPIs (sales, margins, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, quote-to-order conversion) and provide leadership with regular reporting, insights, and corrective action recommendations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to consolidate distributor data across SAP, CRM, Budde Marketing, and internal reporting tools.
• Analyze distributor sales, quoting history, and margin trends to drive pricing strategies and support decision-making.
• Ensure system data integrity across platforms and streamline reporting workflows.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reporting cycles on distributor performance, highlighting wins, risks, and program compliance.
• Oversee distributor contracts, including pricing tiers, MOQs, expirations, and alignment with policies.
