Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a varying schedule including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Outdoor environment experience: plant, construction site or distribution yard.
• Experience with heavy equipment and hand tools.
• Rail or barge experience is a plus.
• Welding and cutting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading trains and barges from the ground.
• Operate and maintain conveyors; shovel and use hand tools as needed.
• Work safely in a team environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Be flexible to early mornings, late evenings, and weekend work; participate in daily team meetings.
