Job summary

ECMD, Inc. is seeking a warehouse crewmember in Wisconsin to join a 100% employee-owned company culture and grow with a national supply chain leader. The role starts at $18.00 per hour with excellent benefits and an ESOP.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds occasionally; heavier materials require assistance.
• Ability to frequently lift and manipulate parts weighing 5–50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, kneel, and push/pull materials or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker, tug, or other material handling equipment.
• Receive and ship products and supplies; stock, pick, and package finished goods.
• Prepare bills of lading and apply barcodes.
• Deliver parts to correct areas throughout the facility.
• Assist with stretch wrapping and other packaging duties as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Crewmember is responsible for various jobs in the warehouse area such as driving a order picker, tug or other appropriate material handling equipment, receiving and shipping products and supplies, stocking parts, picking finished goods, packaging, stretch wrapping specific parts, delivering parts and supplies to the correct areas throughout the facility, preparing bills of lading and applying barcodes.

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds. Heavier materials will require assistance.
2. Ability to frequently lift and manipulate parts weighing from 5 to 50 pounds.
3. Ability to bend, squat, crouch, kneel, and push/pull materials or material handling equipment.
