Job summary

ECMD, Inc. is hiring for a Crewmember in our warehouse in Sparta, Tennessee. The role supports receiving, packing, shipping, and stocking activities using order pickers and other material handling equipment.

You may work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. A post-offer physical and drug screen are required. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities to earn up to $20.25 per hour.

• Receive and ship products; stock parts; pick finished goods; packaging; stretch wrapping specific parts.
• Deliver parts and supplies to correct areas; prepare bills of lading; apply barcodes.

Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour + excellent benefits (with potential to earn up to $20.25 per hour)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Crewmember is responsible for various jobs in the warehouse area such as driving a order picker, tug or other appropriate material handling equipment, receiving and shipping products and supplies, stocking parts, picking finished goods, packaging, stretch wrapping specific parts, delivering parts and supplies to the correct areas throughout the facility, preparing bills of lading and applying barcodes. Must be able to work daily overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands

1. Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds. Heavier materials will require assistance.
2. Ability to frequently lift and manipulate parts weighing from 5 to 50 pounds.
3. Ability to bend, squat, crouch, kneel, and push/pull materials or material handling equipment.
4. Post offer physical and drug screen required.
