Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a high-impact Distribution Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a defined customer base in the Denver area. You will own a territory, target >$10M in annual sales, and work with estimating and operations to deliver compelling proposals.
You’ll prospect, build a robust pipeline, and maintain a data-driven plan using CRM tools, with a hunter mentality and a track record of winning new business and expanding existing accounts.

As a high-impact DistributionTerritory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for aggressively growing revenue by expanding our footprint with existing customers and acquiring new accounts. You will own a sales territory with the expectation of exceeding $15M in annual sales, leveraging your drive, discipline, and strategic selling skills to outperform market trends. Promote and influencing the sale of entire line of products and services consistent with guidelines and strategy set forth by the company. To manage given territory which includes but is not limited to profitable sales, sales calls, sales action planning, formal reporting of sales activities, credit resolution, LEED and Project Review submittals, problem solving, technical assistance and assistance with accounts receivables as well as any other duties, within company guidelines, required to service the customer base.
