Job summary

Par Health in Hobart, NY is seeking a Material Coordinator II for 1st shift to move materials from warehouse to production areas and manage accurate records of material flow. You will load/unload shipments, assist with cycle counts, and ensure proper handling of hazardous waste within a GMP-focused environment.

The role requires warehouse experience, familiarity with RF devices and voice-picking systems, and a valid NY driver’s license with CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• New York State driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience as Material Handler or Warehouse Associate.
• Familiarity with voice picking systems or RF devices is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Occasional overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Locate and move materials from warehouse to production areas as required.
• Load and unload materials on shipping/receiving docs and on trucks.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements between buildings.
• Perform periodic inventory audits and cycle counts as assigned.
• Transport materials and hazardous wastes to appropriate areas.
