Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years management support experience.
• Familiarity with USDA audits, HACCP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and distribution operations in QCC.
• Oversee inventory counts, records, and ordering from vendors.
• Drive productivity with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Develop budgets and manage department payroll and capital projects.
• Lead team meetings, performance reviews and issue resolution.
