Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Distribution Shift Supervisor to support the Distribution Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and process improvements. You will oversee loading/receiving, ensure FIFO, and drive performance through coaching and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education or business management development preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years progressive supervisory experience in a fast paced warehouse environment required.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage daily loading and receiving of product. Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and other prescribed procedures are followed.
• Assist Manager in controlling labor cost through effective planning, scheduling and on-the-job training.
• Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators and suggest improvements.
• Supervise distribution team, hold regular team meetings and assist with performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
• Maintain an organized, efficient and sanitary warehouse and loading dock area to meet quality standards.
• Perform duties of Distribution Manager in his/her absence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and HACCP policies and regulations.
