As the Distribution Team Lead, you will own a set of critical tasks and functions as part of the daily execution of distribution work and training.
Responsibilities include managing workflows across the facility, directing labor, moving resources, administrating work in various systems, and managing daily operations.
In the training role, you will handle onboarding, efficiency coaching, certification, and recertification for new and existing team members.
You will partner with distribution leadership to plan labor needs, meet operational goals, evaluate and improve training programs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
1:00pm-9:00pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed.
