Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a UPS - St George to join the warehouse operations team in Saint George, UT. You will lead daily workflows, supervise associates, and ensure accurate shipping/receiving and inventory control.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to train and coach others while maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment. OT may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a distribution center setting.
• Inventory control and shipping/receiving knowledge with emphasis on accuracy.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners to track work and support reporting.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead by example while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment and supporting peak season overtime when required.

Our client, distribution and logistics operations team is seeking a UPS - St george to join their team. As a UPS - St george, you will be part of the warehouse operations department supporting distribution and fulfillment workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, hands-on leadership experience, and a commitment to accurate inventory and reliable shipping/receiving performance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25.00/hr
