Qualifications

• 3 years of experience writing queries or stored procedures in SQL.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with HighJump Warehouse Management System or other WMS applications.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents related to HighJump WMS applications.
• Manage and respond to incidents and changes in a timely manner.
• Monitor and triage alerts related to performance issues.
