Position Details

Location: Norcross, GA

Hours: 7am-4pm (extra hours as needed)

Role Overview

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for all distribution operations, supporting customer needs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational performance. You will assist in developing and implementing new distribution practices, processes, and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentoring your team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity improvement targets.
• Identifying standard processes and industry benchmarks against current operations.
• Leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Staff hiring, training, and motivation.
• Managing inbound receiving processes and operations.
• Participating in setting and executing operational strategies.
• Driving employee engagement and development.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Forklift certification (training available).
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending, and working on concrete for 10-12 hours.
• Knowledge of transportation partners like LTL, UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.
