Job summary

Neogen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lexington, VA. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, training staff, and ensuring ISO-aligned procedures are followed to meet goals.

You will coordinate with management, lead projects, and manage performance while handling overtime as needed. Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervision in a warehouse, experience with MRP systems and RF scanners, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Education: High school diploma or GED.

3-5 years related work experience. Supervision experience in a warehouse environment is necessary.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, transfer logs, and shipping instructions, and procedural documents.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform routine, high school level mathematical operations.

Computer Skills: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, SAP experience preferred as well as the ability to effectively communicate electronically.
