What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Regal Rexnord premium motors and promote their use among contractors and sales professionals
- Identify sales growth opportunities through targeted strategies and contractor engagement
- Build and maintain trust with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and contractor conversions
- Participate in training sessions and strategic planning for business units
- Conduct remote work while residing in the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of HVAC/R or Leisure Water sales/service relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an HVAC contractor/technician
- Demonstrable track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft/Salesforce platforms)
- Knowledge of Lean Management concepts
