Job summary

ABC distribution center is seeking a qualified Operations Coordinator to support program updates, SOPs, and service inquiries. You will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues, monitor shipments, and ensure timely responses in divisional mailboxes.

The role requires a four-year degree, two years of related experience, and familiarity with SAP, PKMS, Excel, and inventory systems. You will help identify process improvements and work with the Director of Operations to review customer

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience.
• Familiarity with ABC products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory management system.
• Working knowledge of SAP and PKMS.
