Position Summary
The DC Supervisor (individual contributor) partners closely with the DC Manager to support daily distribution center operations, with a strong focus on SAP-driven shipping and receiving activities, order processing, and cross‑functional coordination. This is a hands‑on operational role responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
This position operates as a senior team member within a small, collaborative team structure and does not have direct reports.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years hands‑on SAP experience required, specifically within shipping, receiving, and logistics workflows.
- Demonstrated experience supporting distribution center or warehouse operations.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., carriers, drivers).
- APICS/CPIM or other supply chain certification is not required, but is a plus.

Position Responsibilities
- Execute daily shipping and receiving operations, including processing all related documentation and system transactions.
- Perform SAP transactions related to shipping, receiving, and order processing (including PGI and order allocation).
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, production) and external partners (carriers, drivers) regarding schedules, changes, and delivery updates.
- Process bills of lading and shipping documentation.
- Support truck planning and shipment coordination.
- Respond to inventory‑related inquiries and support customer service requests.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Ship samples and manage small package shipments (e.g., UPS).
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of DC operations.
