Job summary

Stone Co is seeking a skilled Front-end Engineer to build end-to-end solutions from discovery to delivery, with a focus on long-term quality. You will work across web and mobile interfaces, sharing business logic via Kotlin Multiplatform and creating React web interfaces aligned with the mobile app.

You will collaborate with design, product and backend teams, applying MVVM and Clean Architecture, modern state management, and robust testing to scale the product and ensure strong UX across

Qualifications

• Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the web.
• Mobile development experience with Kotlin, including Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Strong architecture knowledge (MVVM, Clean Architecture), state management, design patterns.
• Experience integrating REST APIs with error handling and caching.
• Proactive communication and ability to collaborate with design, product and backend.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the web
• Mobile development experience with Kotlin, including Kotlin Multiplatform
• Strong architecture knowledge (MVVM, Clean Architecture), state management, design patterns
• Solid automated testing, code review and git/gitflow practice
• Experience integrating REST APIs with error handling and caching
• Proactive communication and ability to collaborate with design, product and backend

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Compose Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Web performance knowledge (Core Web Vitals) and UX/accessibility practices
• Experience with A/B testing and product metrics analysis
• Background in financial markets or payment products
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate development
