Job summary

Pedernales Electric Cooperative in Liberty Hill, TX is seeking a position responsible for managing the administration of construction and maintenance projects. You will coordinate with departments and external entities throughout planning and construction, processing service applications and payments, and ensuring timely communications with customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, two years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Experience with NISC and GIS software is preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Process applications and payments for new service.
Communicate Cooperative policies for new service, upgrades, relocations and security lights.
Coordinate with customers through the construction process.
Enter and update information in NiSC Smart Track for district projects.
Prepare construction work orders including contracts and permits.
Create and issue service requests for metering, tree trimming, and upgrades.
Schedule pre-development/construction meetings.
Notify communications companies of facility changes and ensure relocations are completed.
Process damage claims, invoices and collections.
Maintain confidentiality and stay current with technology.
