Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. Distribution PM Shift Supervisor position is responsible for assisting the Distribution Manager in managing operations and directing team members in the Manager’s absence. Hours are Saturday-Wednesday, 3:00pm-12:00am, with emphasis on efficient loading, FIFO, and policy compliance.

The role includes supervising the distribution team, maintaining records, ensuring sanitation, and supporting safety and HACCP guidelines within PJFS standards.

• Actively manage daily loading and receiving of product. Ensure FIFO and other prescribed procedures are followed.
• Assist Manager in controlling labor cost through planning, scheduling and on-the-job training. Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. Recommend/implement ways to improve performance.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sanitation tasks to ensure the sanitation schedule is followed.
• Supervise distribution team, hold regularly scheduled team meetings and assist with timely performance reviews to ensure efficiency and productivity of team.
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
• Maintain an organized, efficient and sanitary warehouse and loading dock area to exceed PJFS quality standards
• Perform duties of Distribution Manager in his/her absence.
• Ensure compliance with PJFS Safety, Sanitation and HACCP policies & procedures, federal, state and local regulations (OSHA, FDA, DOL) and all Papa John’s International, Inc., policies & procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary

This position will supervise and direct team members in the Manager’s absence. The hours will be Saturday-Wednesday, 3:00pm-12:00am.
