Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Distribution Planner in Chicago to support the Drop Ship network, manage PO shipments, and coordinate delivery dates. You will be the primary contact for suppliers on production and inventory issues, and assist internal customers with drop-ship inquiries and troubleshooting.

The role requires SAP experience, data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers a full-time schedule and Challenger benefits as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Ability to look at large amounts of data and break it down into meaningful business information.
• Experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support the Drop Ship network with purchase order issuance and management of PO shipments and delivery dates.
• Serve as the main contact for suppliers on production and inventory issues.
• Provide front-line support for internal customers on drop-ship inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with emblem suppliers to ensure emblem inventory at assigned DCs.
