Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs employees in distribution processes: receiving, picking, packing, and stowing.
• Evaluates work for effectiveness and economical use of personnel, materials, and methods to meet production goals.
• Manages administrative duties: approving leave, identifying training needs, ensuring participation in management programs (safety, quality assurance).
• Establishes deadlines, sets priorities, and coordinates with other supervisors.
• Operates MHE (forklifts up to 10,000 lbs), warehouse tractors, stock selectors.
• Ensures safety and security practices per OSHA and DLA standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
