Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Distribution Superintendent to lead Plant 6D in Dalton, GA. This role drives safety, efficiency and service, overseeing production planning, scheduling, and a salaried leadership team to meet business objectives.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, EHS and Engineering to ensure safe, on-time deliveries and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Promote a safety-first culture across all operations.
• Develop and execute workforce plans to ensure staffing and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the salaried leadership team to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to meet demand and schedule.
• Coordinate with second-shift supervisor to meet production and shipping commitments.
• Work cross-functionally with EHS and Engineering on safety and continuous improvement.
