Job summary

ADUSA Distribution in Elloree, SC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations to lead a team of associates and keep the distribution center running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will partner with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to drive daily operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in distribution, a BS/BA (preferred), supervisory experience, and a strong track record of coaching, safety, and process improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in general distribution operations, or a BS/BA in a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
College degree (preferred).
Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred).
Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead a safety-first culture and supervise daily operations.
Develop and coach your team of associates.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management.
Optimize staffing and training.
Coordinate shift updates and minimise disruptions.
Meet performance and budget goals.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
