Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations in Mauldin, SC to keep the distribution center running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will lead a team of associates, drive daily operational excellence, and collaborate with Operations Manager and cross-functional partners to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred)
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead a Safety-First Culture: maintain a safe, positive work environment with fair treatment of associates.
• Supervise & Develop Your Team: oversee day-to-day department operations and coach performance.
• Drive Operational Excellence: ensure efficient, accurate flow of inventory and meet commitments to retail and customers.
• Optimize Staffing & Training: monitor staffing, support recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Communicate & Coordinate: share shift updates and collaborate to minimize disruptions and maximize throughput.
• Meet Performance & Budget Goals: lead team to achieve targets for productivity, quality, and cost.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality: enforce safety, productivity, accuracy, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Identify Improvement Opportunities: provide feedback and recommend process improvements.
