Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a Distribution Operations Intern to support a fast-paced, multi-million-dollar distribution center during a 12-week summer program. You will shadow leaders, learn the full lifecycle of our distribution model, and contribute to process-improvement initiatives.

You will rotate through all functions, including warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service, while gaining exposure to various business areas and leadership mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center, including warehouse operations and transportation.
• Assist and shadow distribution leaders; participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Provide insights and collaborate with business partners and leaders.
• Lead or assist in a process improvement project with a final presentation to US executive leadership.
• Participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen.
• Complete business-specific projects and tasks on time.

Position Summary:

As a Distribution Operations Intern you will play an active role in the operation of a fast paced multi-million-dollar distribution center. For 12 weeks during the summer, you will join our Distribution Operations team in one of our distribution centers across the US and receive an exceptional experience through a mix of on-the-job training, project management experience and ongoing mentorship from your leadership team. Through this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Learn from and shadow distribution leaders.




• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our distribution model




• Participate and contribute to process improvement initiative.




• Provide insights and collaborate with business partners and leaders.

  Actively participate in advising specific functions within the Distribution Center

  
  

  Interns will be given the opportunity to manage and lead a process improvement project that supports a key facility/organizational initiative and give a final presentation to the US executive leadership team upon completion of the internship.

  
  

  Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  Required Education and Experience:

  
  



• High School Diploma /General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience
