Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support production and shipments by balancing workflow, gathering data, and training new associates.

You will work under a Supervisor/Manager on 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), with potential overtime on weekdays and Saturdays, and contribute to meeting deadlines and quality metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization, and ability to learn department processes are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist in guiding department activities under Supervisor to ensure complete production/shipments.
• Balance workflow and help meet deadlines.
• Support the supervisor in all aspects of the assigned function.
• Gather data and complete reports for the team.
• Train new associates and answer questions.
• Understand quality metrics, goals, and expectations.
• Relay information to the supervisor to help complete tasks without discipline.
