Campbell's is seeking a warehouse associate in the United States. Work hours are 2pm–10:30pm with possible overtime. Pay starts at $22.50 per hour.

Under supervision, you will maintain warehouse integrity, receive and store goods, pick orders, and prepare shipments. Use RF scanning and voice-picking technology to fulfill daily orders. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, stocking, labeling, cycle counts, and ensuring safe handling of products.

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100+ pounds occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Loads and unloads trailers of palletized and non-palletized product and POS material; operates material handling equipment.
• Sorts products or POS materials and places them on racks or shelves by designated locations.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and prepares pallets for shipping; wraps pallets with stretch film.

Under direct supervision,maintains the integrity of theorganization’swarehouses, receives, stores, picks, loadsand distributes products and POS materials within the warehouse.

Essential Job Duties

Accurately loads and unloads trailers of palletized and non-palletized product and POS material.Utilizes manual and power material handling equipment.

Sorts and placesproductsor POS materialson racksorshelvesaccording to predetermineddesignated locations.

Accurately assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets,wrapspallets with stretchfilmand preparesfor shipping.

Marks/labelsin coming productswith identifying information.(Date Code, Product Description and Code, Case Count)

Marks/labelsoutgoingproduct with identifying information. (Route #/BIN Location, Pallet Count)

Verifiesamounts ofproduct/POS materialsreceived.

Usestechnology (RF scanning and voice picking equipment)during local checkout processaccording to Company Operation Guidelines.

Operatesmaterial handling equipment to transport stored items within the warehouse.

Preparesand organizes warehouse for dailycycle count inventoryand shopping activities.

Complete daily maintenance power equipment checklist. Report defective equipment.

Practices and adheres to appropriate safety, food safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection.

Keeps work area clean and removes trash from work area floor.

Stores supplies in designated areas.

Keeps work area aisles/exits clear and free from obstructions.

Follows instructions for safe lifting/carrying of various sizes, shapes, and weights; identifies/reports defective equipment.

Reports all job-related injuries/property damage to supervision.

Supports and participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives including 5S (sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain).

May perform other duties as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GEDand/or one year of experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.The employee isoccasionallyexposed to wet and/or humid conditions.The employee is occasionally exposed; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and outside weather conditions.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
