WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

• Pick and pack orders ensuring accuracy and proper packaging
• Load orders onto correct trailers with complete paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in safety programs
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and racks
• Promote teamwork and perform other duties to support department and company goals

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL DISTRIBUTION MATERIAL HANDLER:

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with flexibility in schedule
• Positive attitude and ability to boost morale

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse ERP experience is a plus but not required (training provided)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
