Job summary

Viking Coca-Cola is seeking a Distribution Manager for St. Cloud to keep routes running fast, safe, and customer-ready. Lead route teams, coach performance, and standardize operating procedures so every stop is done right.

The role focuses on managing route efficiency, driver hiring and training, PRIDE inspections, and maintaining brand order and safety standards. On-site in St. Cloud with field work several days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and basic math for inventory counts.
• Valid Class C license and health card; satisfactory MVR per Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Preferred: Class A license

Responsibilities

• Manage route efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
• Hire and train route, relief, and bulk drivers.
• Conduct PRIDE vehicle inspections.
• Ensure planograms and brand order are followed.
• Coordinate vehicle cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency indicators.
• Enforce OSHA, federal and company safety policies.

The Mission

As Distribution Manager - St. Cloud, you’ll keep our routes running fast, safe, and customer-ready—turning daily execution into standout service. You’ll lead VCC and VB route teams, coach performance, and keep operating procedures consistent so every stop is done right.

Key responsibilities include managing route efficiency; hiring and training route, relief, and bulk drivers; conducting P.R.I.D.E. vehicle inspections; ensuring planograms and brand order are followed; coordinating vehicle cleanliness and maintenance needs; monitoring key productivity/efficiency indicators; and enforcing OSHA/Federal and company safety policies.

In the Driver’s Seat

Your morning kicks off on-site in St. Cloud with a quick pulse-check on the day’s routes and any service issues that need a fast fix. You’re out in the field riding along two to three days each week—seeing what customers see, spotting small tweaks that make a big impact, and keeping standards sharp. Between check-ins, you review PRIDE inspection submissions, track the numbers that tell the real story, and pivot plans when the day throws a curveball. You wrap by lining up next steps—training touchpoints, vehicle needs, and route adjustments—so tomorrow starts even stronger.
