Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and basic math for inventory counts.
• Valid Class C license and health card; satisfactory MVR per Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Preferred: maintain a Class A license.

Responsibilities

• Keep routes running fast, safe, and customer-ready with on-site oversight.
• Lead VCC and VB route teams, coach performance, and enforce safety policies.
• Ensure planograms and brand order are followed and coordinate vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor productivity metrics and adjust routes to improve efficiency.
