Job summary

Viking Coca-Cola is seeking a Route Driver to keep customers stocked and satisfied by delivering product safely across the St. Cloud area in Minnesota. You will ensure the right orders arrive on time with standout service, working with sales to support in-market needs.

Your day starts with a DOT-ready pre-trip inspection, then driving to stops, using handhelds to verify orders, and maintaining a clean vehicle for a reliable route, Monday through Friday, starting early each day.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL or commitment to earn one through company training.
• Clean driving record and safety-first habits.
• Strong customer communication; ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic inventory tracking; pallet jack/forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverage product to assigned customer locations and complete invoicing.
• Unload, merchandise, and rotate product to established standards.
• Collect payments; manage returns, empties, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with sales on in-market needs (displays/signage) and keep your vehicle clean.

Your Route Mission

As a Route Driver - Viking Beverage, you’ll keep our customers stocked, satisfied, and ready for the next rush—delivering product safely and accurately across the St. Cloud area. This role exists to make sure every stop gets the right order, on time, with standout service.

A Day on Route

Your day kicks off early with a DOT-ready pre-trip inspection, then a fast check-out to confirm inventory before you roll. On the road, you’ll move through your stops with purpose—using handhelds and printers to keep orders and invoices tight. Between locations, you’ll stay in sync with sales to align on marketing touches like signs and displays. As the route wraps, you’ll complete the check-in process back at the warehouse, sort empty shells, and set up for tomorrow—then head home every evening, Monday through Friday (about 6:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Must be able to pass Pre-employment physical & drug screen.
