Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to oversee all aspects of our distribution operations. You will lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong background in supply chain, inventory control, budgeting, and safety compliance, with proven ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, related field, or related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a distribution manager role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics software such as SAP and Samsara.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety and performance standards in the industry.

• Manage daily operations of the distribution center including staff scheduling, training, and development.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.

• Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
• Maintain relationships with transportation and logistics providers.
• Prepare and manage distribution budgets.
• Manage delivery performance, metrics and seek ways to improve logistics operations.
