Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Distribution Manager for its Wisconsin distribution center. You will lead from the warehouse floor, coaching managers and driving 1.5M+ sq ft of operations to deliver same‑day shipping and top‑tier service.

You’ll develop high‑performing teams, improve productivity and safety, and push data‑driven improvements across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years leading high‑volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and WMS.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
