Job summary

PVH, Kenosha Branch, is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead warehouse operations, coaching managers of a 500+ team and driving efficiency, safety, and on‑time shipping. This role emphasizes data‑driven improvements and KPI management to sustain excellent service levels.

The position requires extensive experience in high‑volume distribution, strong leadership, and a proven ability to optimize processes using WMS and performance metrics. On‑site work with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years leading high‑volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of managers and large teams.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and WMS systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands‑on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry‑leading service and same‑day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data‑driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.
