Job summary

Uline is seeking a hands-on Director of Distribution Operations to lead from the Kenosha warehouse floor, coaching teams and driving operational excellence across inbound, outbound and supporting functions. The role oversees operations in a large, high-volume facility and requires strong leadership, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
