Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution and Logistics to own the performance, cost, and reliability of our distribution network from the DC to restaurants. You will drive improvements in perfect orders, product availability, and service levels while balancing inventory and costs.

Lead cross-functional teams and partner with Planning, Sourcing and Operations to optimize freight and distribution spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, distribution, or logistics experience, including experience in retail or foodservice distribution environments preferred.
• CLTD, CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership of DC in-stock rate performance by monitoring metrics and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve product availability.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Sourcing, Operations, DCs, and suppliers to address inventory constraints and demand variability.
• Manage relationships with carriers, 3PLs, and transportation partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective inbound and outbound delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and improve distribution processes using data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve service.
• Lead network design and capacity planning to ensure the network scales with growth without compromising service or cost.
• Champion continuous improvement by standardizing processes and corrective actions to drive sustainable performance gains.
• Stay current on industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain resilience.
