Job summary

LanceSoft in Hodgkins, IL is seeking a Distribution Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce quality standards. You will manage inbound, inventory control, and outbound flow, while tracking efficiency and ensuring work completion in your area.

Schedule includes multiple shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, night, overnight) with availability on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities.
• Tracks operational efficiency and ensures work completion in the assigned area.
• Clears carrier trailers of pallets/bags/trash and sweeps area to keep space ready for recovery.
• Monitors inventory at remote lots and coordinates inbound/outbound activities.

Job Description: Title: Distribution Lead

Location: Hodgkins, IL 60525

Duration: 0-2+ months

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour on W2

Shift: Various shifts available

Morning Shift: 6 AM –2 PM / 8 AM –4 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2 PM –10 PM

Evening Shift: 4 PM –12 AM

Night Shift: 10 PM –6 AM

Overnight Shift: 12 AM –8 AM

Description: The Distribution Lead oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department, or station of a warehouse operation. He/She maintains inventory accuracy, adheres to quality standards, and effective use of staff. This position oversees inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities. He/She tracks operational efficiency and ensures work completion in an operational area Clearing carrier trailers of pallets/bags/trash and sweeping out to make available for recovery. Inbounding/outrounding, tracking inventory at remote lots. 6th day/ weekend availability as needed. Schedule could change based on needs.
