Experis is seeking a Distribution Lead for a Hodgkins, IL facility to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive safety and process improvements. The role offers competitive pay ($30–$33/hr on W-2) and weekly pay.

Our client, a leading warehouse and distribution operations organization, is seeking a Distribution Lead to join their team in Hodgkins, IL. As a Distribution Lead, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department, supporting inbound operations, inventory control, and outbound distribution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Job Title: Distribution Lead

Location: Hodgkins, IL

Pay Range: $30–$33/hr. on W-2
