This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and, in the absence of a supervisor, is the point of reference for questions regarding job responsibilities.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for all production efforts.
  • Maintain an accurate and productive work environment aimed at consistently achieving high customer service standards.
  • Must be certified or able to successfully pass certification of forklift operation; training is provided on‑site.
  • Operate manual dollies, manual platform lifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and hand tools safely and as instructed.
  • Adhere to all safety and security policies including general site safety, forklift operation, and truck driving.
  • Interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules, and manuals.
  • Maintain a positive, self‑motivated attitude.
  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates in job functions.
  • Assist in training new and temporary agency employees to perform job functions.

  • Assist in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
  • Show flexibility to work independently to resolve issues and problems in daily assignments.
