Job summary

  • High organizational skills in managing calendars, manuscripts, decision papers, and governance processes.

  • Plan and facilitate DxF meetings, including Executive Committee, Leadership Council, and the annual Members Meeting.

  • Manage DxF budgets, member websites, repositories, templates, and decision frameworks.
  • Lead project management, scheduling, and governance for DxF initiatives.

Job Title and Location

Distribution Lead – Knoxville, TN (Remote/Home Based)

Summary

The EPRI Distribution Forum (DxF) is a peer community of over 60 electric distribution utilities focused on advancing safe, reliable, resilient, and cost‑effective distribution operations. As the Distribution Lead, you will execute the annual strategic plan, grow the membership, and oversee day‑to‑day operations, working closely with EPRI leadership and utility executives to shape industry best practices and influence utility planning and investment.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the DxF strategic plan and establish priorities for leading‑practice development, peer reviews, information sharing, and education.
  • Track and report program performance metrics, deliverables, and member engagement.
  • Provide oversight and coordination for EPRI Practice Group Leads, ensuring timely development, review, and publication of leading practices, maturity models, white papers, and peer review outputs.
  • Oversee execution of DxF peer reviews in coordination with host utilities and reviewers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with member utilities, advisors, and Practice Group representatives.
  • Plan and facilitate DxF meetings, including Executive Committee meetings, Leadership Council meetings, and the annual DxF Members Meeting. Present program updates and work‑plan summaries.
  • Coordinate DxF communications, including newsletters, white papers, meeting descriptions, and outreach materials.

Salary range: $140,000 USD to $155,000 USD annually. Eligible for EPRI’s annual incentive program (amount varies by plan terms).
