Job summary

• Review SAP transactions from previous days and coordinate inventory adjustments.
• Maintain communication with DC management and SAP teams regarding inventory.
• Control and supervise SAP bucket activities and perform adjustments.
• Analyze inventory information and reports from prior days and shifts.
• Support cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and deliver reporting on inventory status.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Review SAP transactions from previous days, coordinate inventory adjustments, and investigate inventory movements (20%).
• Maintain constant communication with DC management and SAP teams (OTC, PTP) regarding inventory transactions (15%).
• Control and supervise SAP bucket activities, perform adjustments, and provide status reports to DC management (15%).
• Analyze inventory information and reports from prior days and shifts; discuss unique or anomalous data with management (15%).
• Support cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies (15%).
• Prepare and deliver reporting on inventory status (10%).
• Perform other clerical duties as needed (10%).
