Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking an entry to mid-level Distribution Reconciliation Specialist to support cycle counts and resolve inventory issues at the Hartford distribution center.

Reporting to the Distribution Inventory Control Manager, you will collaborate with Delivery, Customer Service, Operations and Sales to ensure on-time delivery, accurate counts and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred and 1 year inventory control experience.
• Analytical, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing cycle count process and resolve inventory issues.
• Support Distribution Inventory Control Manager in operational inventory control functions.
• Record and report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment.
• Coordinate logistic distribution plans for material to meet promised ship dates and transfers between locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and reconcile records.
• Collaborate with delivery, customer service, operations and sales to improve operations.
