Job summary

Delasco is hiring a Distribution Associate in Plano, TX to support daily fulfillment and inventory flow onsite. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, process shipping/receiving, verify counts and lot numbers, and maintain accurate records in warehouse software.

This role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment, sharp attention to detail, and reliable teamwork. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and learn warehouse systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strong accuracy.
• Process shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading, unpacking, and inspection.
• Verify counts, lot/serial numbers, and expiration dates against packing lists or POs.
• Enter receipts/shipments into warehouse software, print/apply labels, and put inventory away.
• Assist with loading/unloading and help maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
