Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Distribution Center in Wisconsin. You will operate motorized riding equipment, load/unload trailers, and move merchandise to designated areas, ensuring accuracy and safety.

This full-time role involves repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and climbing, and occasional overtime. You will be cross trained in other departments and may handle special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Successful completion of a driving test and written test is required.
• Ability to be machine certified.
• Production standards and accuracy are closely monitored.
• Must communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized riding equipment.
• Load or unload trailers by hand, up to grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, etc.
• Transport product to staging areas or processing areas.
• Route received merchandise to storage area and identify it.
• Use scanners to read bar codes on labels and product.
• Perform safety checks and participate in daily cleanup duties.
• Routinely drive equipment 75% or more of shift time.
• All other duties as assigned.
