Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of MEC, RUS, and NESC standards or codes.
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Staking Technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate system designs, work orders, and project estimates.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with MEC and RUS standards.
• Supervise staff, monitor job performance, and provide leadership.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet project goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of member requests and complaints.
