CooperVision, a unit of CooperCompanies, is seeking a Distribution Coordinator - International (1st Shift) (Finance) to monitor and coordinate workflow in the Distribution area at West Henrietta, NY. This is a full-time onsite role.

You will work with picking, packing, ASN, carrier sorters, and inventory control; you’ll back up the supervisor and bring leadership, problem-solving and clear communication to the team.

• Responsible for working in and monitoring/coordinating the work flow in functional Distribution Area.
• Demonstrated working knowledge in all areas such as Picking (carousel, ADM, PTL, voice picking, RF lists).
• Packing (small orders, multi-tote, ASN).
• Inventory Control and general process flow through Distribution Center.

Job Summary:

Responsible for working in and monitoring/coordinating the work flow in functional Distribution Area. Demonstrated working knowledge in all areas such as Picking (carousel, automatic dispense machine (ADM), pick to light (PTL), voice picking, list picking via RF scanners), Packing (small order, multi tote, advanced shipment notice (ASN)), Problem resolve and Carrier Sorter. Must have general knowledge of Private Label, Inventory Control, and general process flow through out Distribution Center. Must be proficient in primary work area. Acts as a backup in the absence of Supervisor for day to day activities. Must be able to provide strong guidance, leadership, communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills across various levels. Requires minimal supervision.
