Job summary

CooperVision in West Henrietta, NY is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to monitor and coordinate work flow in the Distribution Area. You will perform picking, packing, and related tasks using RF scanners and ADM equipment, ensuring accurate orders and timely shipments.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This is a full-time onsite position with no relocation assistance, based in the West Henrietta facility.

Job Summary

Responsible for working in and monitoring/coordinating the work flow in functional Distribution Area. Demonstrated working knowledge in all areas such as Picking (carousel, automatic dispense machine (ADM), pick to light (PTL), voice picking, list picking via RF scanners), Packing (small order, multi tote, advanced shipment notice (ASN), Problem resolve and Carrier Sorter. Must have general knowledge of Private Label, Inventory Control, and general process flow through out Distribution Center. Must be proficient in primary work area. Acts as a backup in the absence of Supervisor for day to day activities. Must be able to provide strong guidance, leadership, communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills across various levels. Requires minimal supervision.
