CooperVision in West Henrietta, NY seeks a Warehouse Associate for full-time onsite work. You will pick, pack and ship orders daily, using carousel, ADM, PTL and RF scanners to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
The role requires a forklift and man-up license, experience with Kewill, BAAN and Red Prairie WMS, and solid MS Office skills. A high school diploma is mandatory; safety and quality come first.

This position requires full‑time onsite work (5 days per week) in West Henrietta, NY and is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Responsible for 3 of the following areas: Picking (carousel, automatic dispense machine (ADM), pick to light (PTL), voice picking, list picking via RF scanners), Packing (small order, multi tote, advanced shipment notice (ASN)), Problem resolve and Carrier Sorter. With time in position employee must demonstrate proficiency in these areas. Works under close supervision.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Forklift and Man-up License, Kewill, BAAN, Red\Prairie Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), FedEx and UPS Software Knowledge Wedge/radio frequency (RF) scanners, voice headsets, shrink sealer, heat tunnel, tape gun, utility knife, ladders, step stools, zebra printers, tray former, and various packing components, Forklifts, Man-ups. Within IDB area, additional equipment used, Hydraulic Pallet, Manual Pallet, and Hand Truck.

Ability to perform basic mathematic and problem‑solving skills within a team based environment. PC Skills/ knowledge/ experience or equivalent training required.
High school diploma or GED required.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is $19.00/hr. and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
