• Confirm materials received match purchase order documentation.
• Route incoming items to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Receive and stock finished goods and raw materials.
• Ship materials using carrier systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
• Move materials between storage and production areas.
• Enter warehouse transactions into Oracle ERP.
• Deliver materials from building suppliers.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.

This role ensures the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains records, and facilitates internal routing of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders
• Create bill of ladings for products shipped as non -Bill of material
• Confirm materials received match purchase order documentation
• Route incoming items to appropriate internal departments
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, stand, and handle components

Exposure to fumes, particles, weather, electrical risk, vibration, and noise

May work near moving mechanical parts

Compensation

San Jose, CA: Base salary range: $25.00 - $57.69 per hour Final rate determined by skills and experience in accordance with non-discriminatory practices.
