Paycom - ATS is seeking a Distribution Compliance Manager to assist in planning and managing water distribution compliance programs required by local, state, and federal regulations. You will work under the Water Superintendent to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and city goals.
The role involves overseeing compliance activities for water distribution projects, coordinating with internal departments and external agencies, and reporting findings to appropriate authorities.

Title: Distribution Compliance Manager
Under the general direction of the Water Superintendent, aids in administering the planning and management of new compliance programs for Water Distribution required by local, state and federal regulations.
Oversee compliance activities for Water Distribution projects, including the Lead Service Line Inventory, Valve Exercise Program, and Hydrant Flushing Program. Build partnerships with internal departments and external agencies, and monitor, manage, and report compliance information to the appropriate agencies. Collaborate with department and City staff to achieve program goals.
Provides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of compliance programs. Responsible for the effective supervision of assigned staff, evaluates resource needs and manages the effective deployment of resources. Organizes and directs the work and activities; recommends and develops corrective action plans as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Mental work efforts involve the interpretation and application of new rules for water distribution. Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on computer programs and the ability to move medium (25-50 lbs) materials occasionally.
Work involves a normal office environment with some work in the field.
